Antioch: A Model Church

Following the destruction of Jerusalem in the year AD 70, the church at Antioch became a real hub of Christianity and a model church.
For 500 years after its founding, the church at Antioch was one of the more influential churches within Christendom.
In fact, some church historians believe that at its peak it had 100,000 attendees and a paid staff of over 3000! (McClintock & Strong, Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature, Vol. 1, pg. 268).
This Sunday we will examine this model church and try and measure ourselves against it.
If you are unable to attend, you may watch the service on-line at our YouTube channel.
