Facility Reservation Guidelines


Midvalley Bible Church and its facilities are available for rent to the public for weddings, funerals, affirmations, baptisms, small conferences, and other events .

Below you’ll find the necessary information to submit a facility reservation form to Midvalley’s facilities use coordinator.

Fees and Scheduling

  • 2-hour minimum charge. No additional charge over 6 hours of use per day.
  • Payment in full must be received prior to the rental period.
  • Damage deposit is required. Deposit is equal to the rental fee.
  • Recurring building use agreements can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

General Public Fees:

Classrooms - Up to Two Classrooms

$  50 / hr

Fellowship Hall  and Kitchen

$ 125 / hr

Fellowship Hall only

$  75 / hr


$ 100 / hr


$150 and $25/hr for each hour over 3 hours.



Use of the building on aregular basis for an extended period of time.

Group may be subject to an adjusted fee schedule.

*Member Fees

Classrooms - Up to Two Classrooms

$ 20 / hr

Fellowship Hall  and Kitchen

$ 50 / hr

Fellowship Hall only

$ 30 / hr


$ 40 / hr

*Memeber fees are lower than the estimated costs for running and maintaining the building.  Additional donations over rental fees outlined above are always welcomed.

Building Use Form Process

  • A completed Facility Use Request Form must be submitted to the Facilities Use Coordinator.
  • Requests should be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance or as soon as possible.
  • All forms will be replied within 24-hours of their receipt via email.
  • Once your request is approved, the Facilities Use Coordinator will schedule a review meeting with the user representative.
  • During the meeting we will review and complete the Facility Use Agreement Checklist, review conditions of the facility for usage, explain the expectations, and needs for the event, and to provide the following documents:
  • General Facility Use Requirements
  • Incident Report Form
  • Kitchen and Cove Use Requirements (if applicable)
  • For recurrent users, the Facilities Use Coordinator will meet with the representative once per year to resign the Facility Use Agreement Checklist and to provide Facility Use documents as needed
